Ceviche, dumplings and a pie bar? What else is new at the 2024 WA State Fair?
Fairgoers can expect new food and beverage vendors, a new beer garden and more at the 2024 Washington State Fair.
The Washington State Fair is back for another year of fun, food and entertainment. This year's fair will feature a number of new additions, including several new food and beverage vendors.
Here are some of the new food and beverage vendors that will be at the fair this year:
- Ceviche & Co.: This vendor will be serving up fresh ceviche, a Peruvian dish made with raw fish marinated in citrus juices.
- Dumpling Den: This vendor will be offering a variety of dumplings, including pork, chicken and vegetable dumplings.
- The Pie Bar: This vendor will be serving up a variety of pies, including apple pie, cherry pie and blueberry pie.
- The Beer Garden: This new beer garden will be located in the center of the fairgrounds and will feature a variety of local and regional beers on tap.
In addition to these new food and beverage vendors, the fair will also be featuring a number of new attractions, including a new zip line and a new roller coaster.
